An opportunity to drive the success of a fast-growing AI service line for a leading Microsoft Partner across the UK and Europe. As the Head of AI Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the vision and strategic direction for the practice, as well as ensuring successful delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions to clients. We’re looking for a collaborative thought leader with a strong commercial mindset and expertise in Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities: - Working with the Director of Consulting, define, build and grow a leading AI capability.
- Establish and implement a strategic roadmap and go-to-market strategy, aligned to helping clients get the best of existing and future Microsoft AI technologies.
- Use rich consulting and AI background to define best practices for effective service delivery and productionisation of AI services.
- Grow and lead a high-performing team of AI consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI technologies within the Microsoft Azure space and broader ecosystem.
- Act as a thought leader and inspire clients to leverage the power of AI and embrace these advanced technologies within their organisation.
- Meet a commitment to delivering responsible AI solutions and adhering to ethical practices which align with company values.
Skills and Experience: - Strong management consulting experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong all-round appreciation for AI fundamentals (ethics, governance, strategy, advisory, Gen AI etc)
- A track record of leading and delivering large-scale AI solutions.
- A deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing.
- Up-to-date knowledge and expertise in Microsoft’s AI offering (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML and Azure AI Services).
- Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams.
- A background of leading complex digital transformation programmes.
Additional Information: - Salary Range: £115k-£130k
